Woman Arrested After Driving Topless While Giving Boyfriend Sexual Favors

Two people were arrested near Port St Lucie after an automobile accident that was caused by, well, we'll say distracted driving.

It was Bryan Delgado-Villatoro's birthday, and he decided to celebrate by going on a nice drive with his lady. As it was his birthday, his girlfriend, Heder Priscilla Cascante-Vargas, decided it was time for a birthday favor. The immediate problem with that was that she was driving.

She also took her top off because she "wanted to look sexy."

As you can imagine, she was distracted while driving and had to swerve around another vehicle in the road to avoid hitting it, but ended up crashing the car anyway.

The two began arguing, and Heder hit Bryan in the chest, according to witness statements. One witness said when he pulled up to the car, Heder was laying topless on the ground near some bushes while Bryan fanned her with his shirt.

The loving couple were still arguing when police arrived, and before it could be determined who the aggressor swinging was asked Bryan to step away from the vehicle, but he didn't. He was taken to the ground by two officers.

Heder wasn't happy about that, and as they were putting Bryan in cuffs, she was aggressive  toward officers, shouting "I was the one hitting him, motherf---ers!"

Heder was also placed under arrest, and officers began questioning her. She was good and up front about what had happened, according to the affidavit, giving detail of what happened leading up to the accident.

Bryan was charged with Resisting Arrest. Heder was charged with Battery (Domestic Violence). Both were released on bail and are at their home in Jupiter, FL.
