Veterans Get Free Friday Night Football In Moline This Friday

On Friday, May 17th at 7 pm, the Steamwheelers will face off against the Iowa Barnstormers. The theme is Military Night, which means veterans get in for free.

Military Night is always a special occasion. Here's a breakdown of the special events and features to look forward to:

Military Night Jersey and Jersey Auction

• Details: Players will be wearing special edition Military Night jerseys, designed to honor and celebrate our service members.
• Jersey Auction: After the game, these unique jerseys will be auctioned off on field, with proceeds going to veteran support organizations. Fans have the opportunity to own a piece of the night and contribute to a worthy cause.

Salute To Service Tunnel

• Experience: Service members and veterans will have the honor of emerging from the Salute To Service Tunnel with players as they enter the field. This allows for a touching moment of respect and recognition for those who have served.
• Participation: Selected military personnel will be invited to participate, providing a memorable experience for both the players and the attendees.

Pregame Military Presentation

• Ceremony: A special pregame presentation will be held to honor military personnel. This will include recognition of local service members and field-long waving flag national anthem performance.
