Have you ever walked into a gym, looked at all the ripped people inside, and turned around and walked right out the door?

According to a new survey, 62% of Americans say they've wanted to join a gym, but felt like they weren't in good enough shape. So, they worked out at home before, just to get to a point where they felt ready for the gym.

The survey also found 45% of people are afraid that other people at the gym are judging them.
