Tow Boat Sinks In LeClaire Waters

What a great chunk of info we were afforded this morning!  Thanks to Ed from Davenport Fire Haz-Mat response team for the insight and detail of how the containment booms work, and to Todd D for the update from LeClaire to say that they were in fact working!  From Iowa-American Water, Lisa gave us a clear indication of how they are responding to the possible contamination by drawing from even lower on the intake.  But so far it appears no hazard.  Our "Street Team" of alert D&M listeners kept us on the forefront of info…thanks everybody!

Most Important--nobody on the Tow injured, everyone off safely.
