Shaquille O’Neal Opening First ‘Big Chicken’ Restaurant In Illinois

Shaquille O'Neal, NBA legend, is expanding his 'Big Chicken' restaurant to Illinois.

First off, I was at Office Max the other day and saw that Shaq has his own line of giant office chairs.  Fit for a tall king, of course!  Plus, he has an eyewear brand.  He's a jack of all trades at this point.

Now, Shaq is opening his first ever Illinois locations for his restaurant chain 'Big Chicken' and fans could not be more excited!

"With taste at the forefront, Big Chicken delivers a menu that fuses home-cooked childhood favorites with bold new flavors."

 

The first location will open at 9421 W. Higgins Road in Rosemont, Illinois.  There's no grand opening date yet, but construction will start this month.

The second location will be in Schaumburg at 1245 N. Roselle Road.

What's cool about Shaq's 'Big Chicken' is that it's catered to takeout and catering.  So the seating will be limited if you want to sit inside and dine-in.

As much as I say we don't need any more food joints in the area, I'm making an exception for Shaq because it's Shaq haha.  I'm excited to try Big Chicken, what about you? I think the drive from my town will be worth it to get a taste of deliciousness.
