A Georgia high school cafeteria worker is behind bars after an altercation with a student that led to a broken arm.

51-year-old Shawanda Ryland was working in the cafeteria when a student's behavior became "disrespectful" during an exchange over comments made about chicken wings and ranch dressing.

Rodrika Williams, the student involved, said “I asked her for the ranch and she gave it to me. I said thank you and she said, I hate that little disrespectful bitch. I really didn’t believe she really said it, so I was like did you just call me a disrespectful bitch?" To which Shawanda said "I don't give a f**k about this job. I'm going to slap fire from you."

Both Ryland and Williams were both arrested and charged with affray and disorderly conduct.

Williams told the local news that she's worried about going back to school, because she's nervous she's going to be attacked again. Her and her mom have decided they'll do what it takes to make sure this doesn't happen to another student.

When asked if the school took disciplinary action against Shawanda, they said they don't comment on personnel matters.

Rodrika has been suspended and will have a hearing next week, and she's lawyered up for it.
