Quad City Native’s Dog In Finals To Be Featured On Busch Dog Brew Cans
A Davenport native now studying veterinary medicine's dog is in the final round of a contest for him to be featured on the can of Busch's Dog Brew this fall.
Anna Fleming and her dog, Brew, are among the finalists in a contest put on by Busch Beer's social media team to select a new face for their dog-friendly beverage.
She needs all of our help to get Brew on the can, and how could he not be? Look at that face.
If he makes it to be on the can, it's a true rags-to-riches story, from rescue to spokes-dog.
Brew is a rescue dog, so breed and age are hard to nail down, but Anna says he definitely has some American Bulldog and Lab in him. She thinks he's about 10 years old.
The contest is simple. Visit Busch's Twitter post, and reply "#TeamBrew," or share the post with the same hashtag to be counted as a vote.
If you're not on Twitter, you can share the hashtag on any other social media platform, like the beer's Facebook page.
Busch Dog Brew is a non-alcoholic drink for your dog to enjoy while you enjoy your own can of Busch's usual human brew. Vegetables, spices, water, and pork broth are all together in the can, which is both a tasty snack for your best friend, but also promotes healthy digestion. Plus, Brew loves it.
The contest's final round wraps up on Tuesday, March 29th. Get your votes in as soon as possible, so we can see Brew in stores this fall.
