Quad Cities Sees Another Favorite Close Doors
M.D. Green's in Rock Island announced late Friday that they have closed their doors for the last time, and will not be reopening.
M.D. Green's has been a staple in The District for years, located in a prime spot between The Smoking Dog and Daquiri Factory.
The owners say there are no plans to reopen on the Iowa side of the river, but said that Kevin can be found at Carriage Haus.
M.D. Green's was known to open the front window of their business to serve drinks during large events in The District, like YaMakamy Weekend.
It's sad to see another staple close their doors in the Quad Cities, and sadly M.D. Green's most likely won't be the last to be hurt by the restrictions in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Museums Within Driving Distance of the Quad Cities
