A United Airlines flight was forced to return to Washington, D.C. Monday night after a passenger allegedly rushed the cockpit while yelling out "Jihad! Jihad!" Video shows the aftermath of the incident, the alleged disruptive passenger saying apologies while being restrained.

A passenger told NBC News that an unruly man appeared to move toward the plane's cockpit before other passengers tackled him to the ground.

The man then told other flyers that he had brought a bomb with him, but a search of him didn't turn up any explosives.
