Man Jailed For Giving Illegal Tattooing To A Kid While Inside A McDonalds
A man from Laurens, South Carolina has pleaded guilty to a strange but also funny charge, tattooing a minor while seated at a table inside of a Mcdonald's.
The not-so-certified tattoo artist was identified as 29-year-old Brandon Presha.
Presha was convicted of tattooing a minor and tattooing without a license.

Police learned of the tattooing after a frustrated female customer (in a Friday night backup in the drive-thru line) peered into the restaurant and spotted Presha applying a tattoo to the minor’s arm.
The woman took out her phone and began recording Presha. She then sent it to the police.
As she filmed she complained that Presha and the tattoo recipient were “out here doing tattoos instead of getting food orders out.”
Presha was convicted of tattooing without a license and will no longer be giving McTattoos.
