Alternating Currents Announces 2023 Festival Lineup
The Alternating Currents festival in downtown Davenport has announced it's lineup for 2023.
Alternating Currents runs from August 17th-August 20th and features musicians, visual artists, comedians, and filmmakers. Events for the festival are free to attend and will take place in over 20 venues. A release from Alternating Currents says that they will have over 100 musical performances, comedy sets, film screenings, local art displays, and there will even be pro-wrestling.
Alternating Currents 2023 New Additions
New additions to the festival for this year include:
- Beaux Arts Fair on the Figge Plaza
- Made Market QC (will be moving to East 2nd Street in downtown Davenport)
- Live music at River Action's Floatzilla launch
The fan-favorite Quad City Arts Silent Disco will return this year to the Davenport Skybridge.

- August 17th: Rock Island native & folk rocker Lissie and her band will perform at Schwiebert Riverfront Park
