Is It Time to Cancel Halloween 2020?

Let me start this off by saying that I am not advocating for or against trick or treating this year by any means. I'm the house that throws a bowl on the porch with the "Please Take 1" sign, so I couldn't really care any less whether it happens or not, I just am noticing that we're cancelling everything because of the virus, so I'm asking a legitimate question.

It is only August, but October 31 will be here faster than we know it. 2020 is already half over, and it doesn't even feel like it's even begun yet. I just know that at this point, I'm not surprised when something gets cancelled. It is what it is.
