What Happened Exactly?

According to arrest affidavits, Davenport Police responded to a disturbance call at the restaurant. Upon arrival, officers learned that Ingram-Williams had left the scene. They interviewed a Culver's employee, who recounted a frightening series of events.

The employee reported that Ingram-Williams entered the restaurant, complaining about cold food. She allegedly began screaming, using profanity, and demanding her food be remade. While holding her infant, she threw two cups of soda at the employee.

The situation escalated when Ingram-Williams started pushing terminals on the counter, causing her child to be flung around, according to the affidavits. She then left the restaurant, placed her child in her car, and returned with a large kitchen knife. Ingram-Williams attempted to re-enter the restaurant, holding the knife menacingly. The employee had to forcibly keep the door shut to prevent her entry.
