Davenport & Rock Island Red, White & Boom Postponed
The Quad Cities largest firework display has just been announced to be postponed, due to predicted flooding along the Mississippi River.
The announcement came Tuesday via the Red White and Boom website, which had the message change to announce the postponement around 10:30am.
A new date is pending, but for the time being, Davenport and Rock Island will not have their annual large display for the nation's birthday.
