A new survey found out what it takes to throw a good party that people will want to stay at. There's eight key elements to remember, here's what you'll need to do:

1. Offer them a drink in less that eight minutes.
2. Speak with your guests within eight minutes of them arriving.
3. Offer snacks in less than ten minutes.
4. Offer drink refills within twenty minutes.
5. Don't talk about politics or money.
6. Talk about TV shows, movies, or food.
7. Don't ask people to take their shoes off.
8. Make sure the party will look good in Instagram photos.
