Honor Your Loved Ones At The Annual Hockey Fights Cancer Game This Weekend
This coming Friday, the Quad City Storm hockey team will host their annual Hockey Fights Cancer Night in a heartfelt and determined effort to honor and commemorate the lives of friends and loved ones who have battled or are currently fighting cancer.
Names On The Ice
Last Monday, many Quad City residents made their way to the arena to make a lasting tribute to loved ones who have fought or are fighting cancer. The ice was transformed into a frozen canvas of resilience, with hundreds of names beautifully painted on its surface.
The names remain etched in memory and on the ice this year as the Storm takes on the Peoria Rivermen, their much-anticipated rivals.
Post-Game Jersey Auction
For the first time, specialty jerseys will be customizable to recognize loved one(s) who have battled cancer. Proceeds from the night will benefit the UnityPoint Health Trinity Cancer Center.
Get Your Tickets
Tickets for this impactful event are available for purchase. The community is invited to come out in numbers, rally behind their beloved hockey team, and collectively honor and remember loved ones affected by cancer.
