Helmet Cam Captures A Sky Diver’s Parachute Failure

A skydiving instructor caught the moment on film that his parachute failed, causing him to be sent spinning out of control.

During a routine jump in Shelbyville, Tennessee, the instructor, only identified as Joseph, had a mishap causing his parachute to twist itself.

The lines continued to tangle, and eventually he was able to ditch the main parachute and switch to his backup.

Joseph landed safely, with no other issues.
