Ford Found a Solution to Getting Babies to Fall Asleep
Ford Motor Company came up with technology aimed at helping new parents with restless babies. It allows them to simulate a car ride that helps babies fall asleep.
Ford
Max Motor Dreams is a crib that will simulate the sounds, motions, and lighting of a car ride. It was developed by Espada y Santa Cruz for Ford to lull babies to sleep.
Parents control the cot via a smartphone app. Ford says, ‟For now, the Max Motor Dreams is a one-off pilot. But following numerous inquiries, the company is considering putting the unique cot into full‑scale production.ˮ
