Drunk Maid of Honor Punches Guest, Steals Car at Wedding

Here's bonafide proof that some people just can't hold their whiskey. A Maid of Honor in Charlotte County, Florida single-handedly ruined her best friend's wedding.

Amanda Willis was drunk within 20 to 30 minutes of Brian and Jennifer Butler's wedding reception, witnesses say. “She was a mess. She drank almost a whole entire bottle of Fireball,” one guest said.

At that point, Willis began asking people for their keys and eventually took the Best Man's keys from his pocket. She jumped in his car and nearly ran him over backing it out.

He was able to grab onto the vehicle and hit the E-brake. Several guests wrestled Willis from the driver's seat. She then headed back inside to grab a bottle of Captain Morgan and proceeded to chug it down. Guests say she got extra aggressive from there.

“As soon as I turned around, she came up and cracked me upside of the face,” said Robert Templeton.

Willis is facing charges of larceny, battery, grand theft of a motor vehicle, and violation of probation.
