
Classic Rock 97X To Provide Radio Compliment to Red White & Boom
Don't miss the best fireworks display in the Quad-Cities, right over the Mississippi River, with great music provided by Classic Rock 97X.
This year, Red White & Boom with music provided by 97X will begin at 9:30pm on July 3rd.
A new attraction this year will be the Classic Car Cruise-In with the Quad Cities Cruisers in the Quinlan Court (near the SkyBridge).
You can view the fireworks from multiple places along the river, including Modern Woodmen Park after the River Bandits take on the Cedar Rapids Kernels.
Red White & Boom features live performances, activities for kids, food, drinks, and more.
In Davenport on the riverfront at LeClaire Park:
Identity Crisis will take the LeClaire Bandshell stage at 6pm.
The Kids Zone will be open from 6pm-9pm and will have a lot to offer:
- Bounce Obstacle Course
- Bounce House
- Giant Connect 4, Giant Jenga, Giant Checkers, Giant Tic Tac Toe
- Bags
- Potato Sack Races
- Patriotic Glow in the Dark Tattoos
- Red, White and Blue Glow Stick Necklaces
- Writing Letters and Coloring Pictures for Troops
Free parking will be available from 5-11pm at the Redstone Ramp, Harrison Street Parking Ramp, River Center Parking Ramp.

In Rock Island on the riverfront at Schwiebert Riverfront Park:
Gates open at 5pm with live music from DJ Jeff James (5-7pm), and Past Curfew, and 80's tribute band, will take the stage at 7pm.
For the kids, face painting and glow merchandise will be available.
A beer garden from Bent River Brewing Co. will be open as well as multiple local food vendors.
It's shaping up to be a great celebration, especially after a year off.
