Celebrate And Throw Your Hats At The Quad City Storm Hockey Game THIS FRIDAY!
Hurray, a hat trick! This Friday's game, after the national anthem, fans are encouraged to participate in a hat trick for Mike Moran.
What Is A Hat Trick?
A hat trick as hockey fans know comes when a player scores three goals in a game, usually earning him a cascade of hats thrown onto the ice by fans (especially if the player is on the home team).
A natural hat trick is when a player scores three consecutive goals in a game.
A natural hat trick did not occur at the time of the goal because it was unsure if Moran made the goal or not. However, after further footage review, it was shown that the puck was shot by Carter Shinkaruk and redirected into the goal off of Moran's butt!
What a way to score a goal!

Here are the goals from the past games.
What To Expect Friday
Besides the hat trick, Friday's game theme is Día de Los Muertos (Day of the Dead) celebrating the holiday that remembers our loved ones who have passed on.
There will be an auction post-game after the players rock these Día de Los Muertos jerseys!
