61-year-old mailman Doug Hughes landed on the lawn of the U.S. Capitol in a gyrocopter yesterday. He was protesting campaign finance laws, and brought hundreds of letters from people who want them reformed.

At least one person got video of it. You can tell she thought it was a terrorist attack, because right when he flies by, she says, "this is NOT good." He immediately surrendered to police though.

It turns out he told the "Tampa Bay Times" about it beforehand, and they posted an interview with him on Tuesday. He was arrested, but it's not clear what he's charged with yet. Here's the full interview with Doug.

"And I will tell you completely honestly: I'd rather die in the flight than live to be 80 years old and see this country fall."— Doug Hughes, who landed a gyrocopter on the U.S. Capitol lawn today. Read his story here: http://tbtim.es/gpp
