All of the channels under Fox Corporation were going to blackout yesterday due to a carriage contract dispute that was happening between Fox and YouTube TV. Fox wants more money for YouTube TV to carry their channels. YouTube doesnt want to pay it.

The original deadline was yesterday at 4pm CST, but when that time rolled around, the channels stayed on.

Fox and YouTubeTV agreed to extend the deadline on their negotiations, and to leave the channels on for the time being - in the best interest of the viewers (also known as "the best interest of the advertisers and their money ahead of football season").

There's no new date released at this time, so we don't know how far they're kicking this can down the road, but the good news is, the Hawkeyes' opening game will be on this weekend.
