I'm not sure the gender gap we needed to fix was the snoring gap, but here we are.

According to a new study, about the same percentage of men and women snore: 92.6% of men and 88% of women.

And their snores are about the same average volume: 51.7 decibels for men, 50 for women.

But... women are more likely than men to deny it.

As I said earlier, 88% of women snore, but only 72% admit it. Men actually overreport snoring, 92.6% of men snore, but 93% say they do.

And speaking of sleep issues, another new study found that the answer to a better night of sleep is... sex.
