Woman Spurs Outrage For Calling Cops on Girl Selling Water

Allison Ettel in San Fransisco has stirred up quite a frenzy online after a video clip was posted that shows her threatening to call the police on a little girl selling water.

The cousin of the 8-year-old girl shot the footage and posted it dubbing Ettel as "Permit Patty." Ettel went off on the girl for not having a permit to sell water outside of AT&T Park.

“I would like to make a public apology for my actions," Ettel said in a tweet. "They were wrong. I was stressed and admittedly did the wrong thing. I am not racist and what I did had absolutely nothing to with her race.”
