This is the kind of thing women talk about doing to their ex, but things can be way more gruesome in real life.

32-year-old Micaela Huettner lives outside Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and she went to her ex-boyfriend's house last Sunday night, but he wasn't home. So she waited.

When he showed up around one in the morning, she was inside his house. And she demanded to know where he'd been, then started hitting him.

So he told her to leave, and showed her the door. But on her way out, she landed one more punch squarely to his groin and hit him so hard, his junk burst.

I don't want to get too graphic with the details. So I'll just say she hit him directly in the family jewels, so hard that one of his jewels fell out.

An ambulance took him to the hospital, and we haven't seen any updates yet. But he told cops even Micaela looked worried when she realized the extent of the damage.

She's facing charges for reckless endangerment, simple assault, harassment, and felony aggravated assault.
