Why Michaels is Rooting for Tampa Bay in the Super Bowl

Keep your eye on #78 from the Buccaneers. He’s rookie offensive lineman Tristan Wirfs. Beyond his abilities on the field, the former Hawkeye impressed me as a straight-up good guy.

As a marching band dad, Tristan's been my favorite player. From hyping up the marching band before the games, to taking the time to thank them after, he's always made them feel appreciated for the time they put them in.

He even took a team camera to highlight the marching band at the Holiday Bowl.

The guy loves his mom, too.

Tristan also was just featured in the NY Times for a video his girlfriend shared of his daily diet, which probably outweighs me.
