Back in October, a 20 year old University of Iowa City student was arrested at a bar, and handed over a replica of the movie "Superbad"'s well known but terrible Fake ID.

Daniel Burleson, was caught during a police bar check at Airliner Bar in Iowa City smelling of booze, slurring speech, and having bloodshot eyes. They then found his ID, which they described as "A fake Hawaii ID with the name McLovin, showing a June 1981 date of birth." Police didn't recognize the joke, and ran a check on the identity, coming back with no results. Most people know the movie, or at least know of the McLovin scene:

After the story was picked up, the movie's creator, Seth Rogen, weighed in on the arrest.

Burleson pleaded guilty to alcohol possession and being in a bar while underage. The judge dismissed the charges of the fake ID and public intoxication, but was charged $265.

Burleson turned 21 over the weekend.
