Here are a few important news items of the week!

The Who and Aerosmith both called off shows due to losing their voices!  A new rock & roll conspiracy?  Or were they making out with the same groupie?

Dee Snider continues to raise the flag for metal even if it will fall on deaf ears.  He blasted the NFL for neglecting heavy music in exchange for J Lo and Shakira.  He argued that while Twisted Sister isn't’ big enough…but Metallica is.

A movie that was reportedly in the works documenting the life of Chris Cornell is apparently a hoax.  Cornell’s widow says it’s all apart of an elaborate harassment campaign from a so-called fan.

Those stories and Lar’s Ulrich’s favorite moment of the S&M concert was their rendition of Anesthesia (Pulling Teeth).
