1st Place: $150 Theisen's Gift Card
2nd Place: $100 Theisen's Gift Card
3rd Place: $75 Theisen's Gift Card

Cost of entry is $10/per pet and will go directly to the Humane Society of Scott County

For A Howlin’ Good Time

Theisen’s “Dog-O-Ween” Canine Costume Contest is coming soon! This year’s contest is taking place at 3 PM!  (registration starting at 1:30 PM) on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at Theisen’s of Davenport. We are excited to bring this popular event to Davenport for the first time. Dogs of all breeds, shapes and sizes are encouraged to enter! Entry fee is a $10 donation to the Scott County Humane Society! Spectators are welcome!

Contestants can enter into 1 of 2 categories: Dog Only or Dog & Person(s). A panel of judges will evaluate each dog’s costumes and the three highest scoring contestants from each category will be awarded a trophy and a Theisen’s gift card [see prize list below].

Each entry will also receive an exclusive participant coupon from Theisen’s! All prizes and coupons are donated by Theisen’s.

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
□ 100% of funds received will go directly to the Scott County Humane Society.
□ All dogs must be leashed or contained.
□ All dogs must be at least 6 months old to participate.
□ There is a 300 lbs. weight limit for any dog entered.
□ Dogs are the sole responsibility and liability of the owner or guardian of the dog while on Theisen’s premises. Dog owner/guardian is responsible for the cleanup of all messes resulting from his/her dog on the premises that day.
□ Any dog deemed unsafe or unruly will be disqualified and asked to leave the premises. No refund of entry fee will be issued.
□ All dog owners/guardians will be required by Theisen’s to sign a legal waiver of liability to enter.
□ Participants under age 18 entering a dog must have a parent or legal guardian accompany them and sign the entry forms.
□ Associates of Theisen’s and members of their immediate household are not eligible to win.
□ No purchase necessary to enter.
