The Puppy That’s Best Friends With a Pigeon Just Got a Custom Wheelchair

Last week we brought you a story about a puppy that can't walk who became best friends with a pigeon who can't fly.

Well, the story brought enough attention to the two that a company from New Hampshire decided to step in to help out the little pupper.

Walkin' Pets is a division of Handicapped Pets, a group that finds solutions to give animals with disabilities a chance at a normal life again. They heard about Lundy, and decided to donate a custom wheelchair to the rehab center taking care of the inseparable duo. The chair allows Lundy to get up and play with Herman.

Walkin' Pets has built wheelchairs for a variety of animals, including ducks, chickens, and even rabbits.

Now we just need to get Herman flying.
