It's pretty much accepted that older workers think Millennials are brats, and that young workers think baby boomers are slow, old, and barely know how to use computers.

But apparently the idea that the two groups don't get along might just be a myth.

A new study found most of us actually like working with people that aren't part of our own generation.

1,500 office workers in the U.S. and Canada were polled, and 76% said they enjoy having co-workers who are significantly younger or older than they are.

71% also said that having people of different ages in the office is an asset. And their company would be weaker without them.
