Texas Tech fans do a finger gun salute to great each other or to celebrate at a football game. But when you pull the "guns up" in an airport, TSA will want to have a word with you.

Diana Durkin was returned to Texas Tech University for her sophomore year and was excited to spot a fellow fan while waiting for her flight. So she did what any other fan would have and put her finger guns in the air.

TSA officials then stopped her before she could board her flight at the William P. Hobby Airport in Houston. Diana was taken aside and interrogated by the TSA for her finger gun salute.

The agent had said to her, "What are you doing? You can't do that in an airport." After a full screening and pat down, she was in tears thinking she'd go to jail.

Luckily for the student, she was let of with a warning.
