A creeper from Texas was seen wearing a diaper and nothing else was yelling "Goo goo ga ga" at some children.

Wesley Worl, who was also seen with a pacifier hanging around his neck, jumped out of a truck and hollered at some kids. One 11-year-old was near Andy Woods Elementary in Tyler, Texas.

When he spotted the kids, the 45-year-old stepped out of his truck and hollered "Goo goo ga ga, I need a diaper change," which naturally, scared the girls, who took off down an alley nearby until they found an adult they knew.

They told the adult that a "scary guy" asked them, "Will you change your diaper for me?"

From what police say, the adult then drove around until finding Worl's truck, took down his plate number, and gave it to police.

Worl has been busted for being a creep a few times, dating all the way back to 1999. The diaper thing isn't new either.

He has allegedly been engaged in public indecency, he's been picked up for wearing the diaper in public before, and stalking his ex-gilfriend.

Worl also already has a ban from all public parks in the city of Tyler.

He's being held with $600,000 worth of bonds.
