Teenager Gets Key Stuck in Head Following Brawl

A 19-year-old in India had to be rushed to the hospital last week after a motorcycle key got lodged into the top of his skull.

It took surgeons about three-and-a-half hours to remove the key which was two inches into his skull. The key was shoved into his head after he was assaulted by someone in his village.

Dr. Shailendra Uttamrao Markad treated the teen and performed a craniotomy surgery to remove the key. The young man was discharged three days later and is expected to recover.
