Teen Breaks Two World Records Because Of Her Long Legs

A Texas 17-year-old's legs now hold two world records, thanks to their length.

Maci Currin is now the certified Guinness World Record for World's Longest Legs (Female) and Longest Legs on a Teenager.

Maci lives in Cedar Park, Texas, standing 6 feet, 10 inches tall. Her legs cover a little over 4 feet, making up 60% of her total height.

Her left leg measures out to be 135.267cm (53.255 inches) and her right leg measures 134.3cm (52.874 inches).

"I was never bullied for my legs... I was bullied because I was taller than everyone," Maci says. "Around sophomore year I just stopped caring what people thought of me and once I just stopped caring I wasn't affected by anything."

She said she first realized her legs were longer than everyone when she was shopping for leggins back in 2018. She wasn't able to find any that fit her, until someone offered to create her custom leggings.

Maci hopes to make a career in modeling, because she would then be eligible to go after the World's Tallest Model record.
