Taking Time Off Really Stresses Your Coworkers Out

I know this news probably won't keep you from taking more vacation days, but your coworkers kinda hate you when you take days off.

A new survey found out that a lot of companies do not have a good plan in place for when somebody is out of the office. Half the people surveyed say their day gets more stressful, probably because their workload increases by a third.

On top of having to do their coworkers job, we don't get paid extra for it and the work usually isn't done as well. If you take too much time off, your coworkers will grow to resent you for all the times they've had to cover for you.

The survey also found 56% of people feel guilty about taking time off and having someone cover for them and that the person who covers for them usually makes less money than them.
