The Quad City Cruisers have been one of the biggest car clubs in the Quad Cities for over 40 years now, and what's known just as much as their love for cars, is their love for helping others.

This summer, the Quad City Cruisers are doing two QC Cruise-Ins at Southpark Mall, where dozens and dozens of cars will be in attendance to show off their classics, but they're also hosting their 39th Annual Open Run Car Show.

Proceeds from these events will benefit the Empower House, empowerment for a more purposeful life after brain injury, and a Quad Cities Chapter of Vietnam Veterans of America.

The Open Run Car Show will be open from 5pm-8pm on Saturday, June 11.

If you're interested in showing a vehicle, contact the cruisers. Cars will pay a $15 registration fee for this event.

$25 hourly cash drawings will take place throughout the show, plus a 50/50 charity drawing and music provided by 3D Sound Company.

Oh, and they're giving away a set of tires from Discount Tire.
