Styx to Be Part of Dubuque Independence Day Celebration
The Five Flags Center in Dubuque has announced that Styx will become a part of the city's 2021 Independence Day celebration.
Fireworks will also be taking place in the city that night, so the show will be starting sooner than a normal show.
Styx will perform July 3rd, 2021 with tickets going on sale at 10am Friday, February 19th. Those who purchased tickets for the previously postponed show will be refunded, but will be given the first opportunity to purchase tickets when they are on sale.
"The six men comprising Styx have committed to rocking audiences far and wide by entering their second decade of averaging more than 100 shows a year, and each is committed to making the next show better than the last," the venue's press release said. "Styx draws from more than four decades of barn burning chart hits, joyous singalongs, and hard-driving deep cuts. Like a symphony that builds to a satisfying crescendo, a Styx set covers a wide range of stylistic cornerstones."

- Todd Sucherman (drums)
