Threat Or Menace? Spider-Man Lead Suspect In Cigar Shop Robbery

It's hard times for all of us, and one web-crawling hero must even have problems making rent payments, because he's the lead suspect in a robbery that happened a couple of weeks ago.

On March 23rd at 2:25am, the masked vigilante broke into a cigar shop called Cheap Smokes & Cigars Leduc, and grabbed a ton of cash and goods from the store before leaving through a back door.

You might say, "Spider-Man couldn't, wouldn't have done this," but how could you explain his entry method?

The CCTV footage shows him dropping down from the ceiling into the shop, which is exactly what the web-head would do.

After dropping in, Spidey cut the security footage before stealing all the cash and merchandise he could get his hands on.

The estimated amount stolen equals around $65,000.

Police in Leduc are looking for some tips about the secret identity of the masked maniac.

In addition to the Spider-Man mask, the burglar was also wearing a yellow jacket and yellow gloves.
