The photo speed enforcement van is back out on the roads in Davenport. Luckily enough, we know where they'll be this week:

Christa Pike
Christa Pike was sentenced to death in 1995, and they finally just got around to it yesterday. She's still alive, though her condition is unknown, after two injections weren't enough to do the job. She was taken by ambulance to the hospital, where she's being treated currently.
