New Mobile Camera Cabinets

The City of Davenport has introduced some new "Mobile Speed Cabinets" they're setting up where the vans are not set up for the day.

Update On The Armless/Legless Cornhole Guy

The lawyer for the armless/legless cornhole says he did shoot the guy, but it was in self-defense.

This is after video came out of him at a party awhile back where he does a headstand while someone dumps cocaine in his nose, then he grabs a rifle and fires it out a window.
