New Mobile Camera Cabinets
The City of Davenport has introduced some new "Mobile Speed Cabinets" they're setting up where the vans are not set up for the day.
Elephant Breakout
An elephant in Arizona broke out of its enclosure right before the zoo was set to open, but was able to be returned to where its supposed to be.
There's one on the run in India that local reports are saying has killed 22 people. They're sending out search parties, and as you can see in this video... that ain't going too hot.
