The photo speed enforcement van is back out on the roads in Davenport. Luckily enough, we know where they'll be this week:

New Year's Eve
Megan & Hairball hosted a big New Year's Eve bash at the Storm game, and Hairball even followed through with an appearance from Baby New Year.
Hairball well-meaningly made some signs to help out the section with the YOU SUCK chant, but what he didn't realize was that the words were the same on both sides - so to the section, the full thing said "SHE SAID YOU SUCK" but the side of the ice said "SUCK YOU SAID SHE"
