Should Rock Stars Have Stars?

I noticed today that it's the anniversary of David Bowie getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.  There was a time a while back when I thought that Rock Musicians should not be excluded from the famous "walk" ... but I'm not so sure anymore.

Should David Bowie, John Lennon (who I helped push for, sorry), Tom Petty, Queen, or The Doors be on the same "memorial" as Paul Newman or Tom Cruise ... David Hasslehoff or Ann B. Davis??   After all it is a Hollywood thing, right?

I don't lose any sleep over it, and I know you don't either, but whaddya say, let's do a couple shots and debate it!
