Sex Offender Back Behind Bars After Violating Parole

The residents of Livingston County, New York can rest easy knowing that a convicted sex offender is back behind bars. I mean, just look at this guy's mugshot.

49-year-old Terri Havens is back in jail after violating the terms of his parole. He was placed on parole last fall which he violated by ignoring curfew and getting online with a smartphone.

Police searched Havens' home after a woman tipped them off that he had posted a Craiglist ad seeking a personal aid. In the search, cops found the smartphone and took Havens to jail.

Havens was originally spent a decade behind bars for sodomizing a five-year-old girl. So yeah, he can stay there.
