Rush “Live In Concert” Sunday on 97X

I've got a YouTube "playlist" that I've been adding to over time.  It's called "Live Music & Such" and don't bother searching for it because it's one of those private dealies.  I love searching for live shows to either sit and watch while drinking a few beers or just have on in the background while a conversation is happening or cards are being played.  It's the reason I love our Sunday night show.  Random live shows that you thought at the time were lost in the ether but through the magic off the latest recording software you get to rock it on the radio. Rush ('97) will be Live In Concert on Sunday with live cuts from Alice Cooper (96), Bon Jovi ('95), & Def Leppard ('88).

Your headliner for Live in Concert on 97X is Rush on their “Test For Echo” at Hollywood Casino Amphitheater, Tinley Park, IL, June 14, 1997

After releasing their 16th studio album, “Test For Echo,” Rush hit the road for a major North American tour. It started in October of ’96 and finished up on the 4th
of July, 1997. In all, there were 2 legs and 68 concerts. This weekend, we’ll hear a performance from the 2nd leg of that tour- it was June 14th, 1997 at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater in Tinley Park, Illinois, just outside of Chicago. Don’t miss Canadian rock legends Rush! They’re headlining the next Live in Concert.
