Restaurant Refuses to Put Pineapple on Pizza, Leaves Note on Box
The world of pizza eaters is divided between people who accept pineapple as a topping and those who know it's disgusting.
Apparently the split has gotten to the point that even restaurants are straight up refusing to make pineapple pizzas. An on-campus restaurant at the University of Arizona is leading the charge.
Employees allegedly thought the fruit-topped pizza was too disgusting to make. So the pizza was delivered sans pineapple with a note to the customer with $5: "Couldn't bring myself to put pineapple on. That's gross. Sorry."
