Alec Baldwin has been increasingly in the public eye since the still-investigated accidental shooting on the set of his film, 'Rust.'

42-year-old Halyna Hutchins was killed when a firearm was discharged in her direction, loaded with a live-round that passed through her and struck the shoulder of director Joel Souza.

Yesterday, footage from the interrogation with Baldwin and the Santa Fe County Sheriff, showing Baldwin making statements to deputies.

He explained how the armorer handed him the gun, and he admitted to not checking the gun.

He also says, "When I shot the gun, well, I didn't shoot the gun, it went off."

Baldwin told Detective Alexandria Hancock on November 3rd that he didn't pull the trigger, but did pull the hammer back with his thumb.


Footage released also shows a private conversation between the deputies and a script supervisor, who explains to officers that she felt pressure from the film's legal team to not talk with officers. "They don't represent me."
