They look like a generic pair of panties but they're 22-inches by 32-inches and fit most standard pillows. It gets stranger... The pillowcase collects oils and sweat from the users head as they sleep.

That collection will eventually buildup and cause the crotch of the panties to discolor, presumably attracting a certain type of customer.
